    "content": "There are many schemes under the NHIF. I see no sense for the NHIF to have over 74 schemes all contributing to the same kitty. If possible, they can bring them down to only three schemes and categorise them in a larger perspective, namely, employer paid scheme, for those in the formal sector; civil servant schemes, and thirdly, and the one majority of Kenyans fall into, the tax pay scheme. That is for Kenyans in the informal sector."
