    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity. I also want to take a different view from the view taken by my colleague Sen. Khaniri that Taratisio Kawe made a good decision to come to this and not the other House. The fact that he chose to bring this Petition here, for me, I think he must be having a low opinion of who we are and what we do in this House. I say this because this Petition is an invitation to the Senate of the Republic of Kenya to claw back on the gains achieved through Chapter Four of the Constitution on fundamental rights and freedoms under the Bill of Rights. Listening to that Petition, I was saying to myself that leaders who went before us-- -"
