What is being defined here is basically a kind of an exclusion of the armed forces, other than the ones which are defined in Mr. Musila’s amendment. This Motion is different to the extent that it talks of any other uniformed services. I believe the key thing here is not to exclude the amendment. The key thing here is to allow the Members of Parliament to actually say whether they want to accept this proposition or not, in the form of an amendment.
