    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. We have spent a considerable amount of time saying we should sit longer for purposes of hearing all hon. Members who have proposed amendments. Therefore, rather than going through this Motion again, I ask you to rule that all those hon. Members who have amendments will be allowed to proceed the way Maj-Gen. Nkaisserry is proceeding; this is better than every time they come up, we say: “This is akin to the other one”."
