    "content": " Hon. Senators, I do appreciate the gravity of this matter and the sentiments made and the debate that has ensued after that. I direct as follows. That this matter be referred to the joint Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights and Committee on Security, Defence and Foreign Relations. The same joint Committee to report to the House within the next seven days. The Joint Committee should report to the House within the next seven days. However, through the Speaker, noting that we are going on recess, they should consider a report that the Speaker can circulate to the Members while we are on recess so that we can be able to appreciate the investigations that will have been done so far. It is so directed. The next Statement under Standing Order No.47(1) is by Sen. Olekina."
