Therefore, I just want to plead that in this very exceptional circumstance, where we have people who will always be subordinate to civilian administration, let us give them the hearing that they deserve. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, they have requested this amendment. I speak with authority because the proposals for this amendment came through my office from the Disciplined Forces of this country. Let us give respect where it belongs and play politics where politics belongs. I beg to support."
