    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this amendment because the security of this country is paramount. I plead with my fellow Members of Parliament to take this issue seriously. Kenyans have given us the responsibility to write for them a Constitution. It has been cited here that the amendment of this Article may not need simple majority in Parliament. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I know that earlier on this morning, we talked about a similar Motion. While I support this Motion I also want to request that you put it to vote so that we can move on. Thank you."
