    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I finally wish to thank Sen. Iman for bringing this Statement that is really current and affects our social fabric. We are really in trouble because of COVID-19. Wherever they are, Kenyans should pray for God’s intervention on this pandemic. As much as we take care in terms of the containment measures and other things that the Government has put in place, I think that we need to pray about this. The passing of the Mental Health (Amendment) Bill will go a long way in abating some of these suicidal cases, so that people have somewhere within their reach that they can go. Someone who is depressed is sometimes not very reasonable, but people should at least know that there is somewhere that they can go. At the moment, in some areas, there is none."
