    "content": " Hon. Speaker, this is, indeed, a very important Petition. I just pray that the Departmental Committee on Lands, under the Chairmanship of my friend, Hon. (Ms.) Rachael Nyamai, would expedite this matter so that the people of Tana River, especially those in the constituency of my good friend, Hon. Ali Wario, will get justice. The issue of land, as has been pointed out, remains very controversial. It was the expectation of Kenyans that with the promulgation of the 2010 Constitution, and with the creation of a whole commission in charge of land matters, such matters would be addressed with finality. I hope this Committee will deal with this matter expeditiously. I thank you."
