    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I support the Petition. Initially, Galana Kulalu was set aside for agriculture. It is also the most productive land in Garsen Constituency. However, over the years, nothing has happened on that land. The land is left fallow and the community does not use it. It is high time the land reverts back to the community. I believe the Member is saying that it should be de-gazetted. Indeed, that should have been done a long time ago when the land became unusable for agriculture."
