    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support this Petition. My observation has been that we have had very ugly incidents in Tana River over the past years because of land issues. If that land is lying idle, it should be de-gazetted to solve the problem of land in the community. It is unfair that there is land that should serve the people, but it is not doing so in a proper manner. So, let it be de-gazetted and procedurally allocated to the people. Thank you."
