I rise to ask Question No. 281 of 2021 to the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government. (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the construction of Butula Sub-County Headquarters, which commenced in 2015, has stalled in spite of about Kshs16.85 million having been disbursed and utilized on the project, being 55 per cent of the project budget?
