(i) Could the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) outline measures it has put in place to ensure that Kenyans in the Diaspora register as voters? (ii) Could the Commission provide guidelines and other measures, if any, that have been put in place to facilitate voting by Kenyans living in the Diaspora, particularly in the United States of America during the next General Election?"
