    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to ask Question No. 291 of 2021 to the Cabinet Secretary for Environment and Forestry. (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain the measures put in place to deal with environmental pollution as a result of motor vehicle exhaust emissions in the country, particularly in urban areas? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary outline the measures that have been put in place to address both environmental and personal health concerns occasioned by motor vehicle emissions? (iii) Could the Cabinet Secretary also explain what measures the Ministry has put in place to address the release of toxic effluent along major rivers in the country? I thank you, Hon. Speaker."
