    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I share the concerns of my colleagues about the submission of Election Campaign Financing Regulations. The law is very clear and this House cannot be taken for a ride. The IEBC had five years to prepare for this. We did not pass that law in this Parliament. It was passed in the last Parliament. They had all the time they needed for this. I hope you will send very clear message and set very clear precedent for the future that when such Regulations are submitted to the House, they are dealt with within the law and within a clear legal framework, in terms of timelines. I hope you will give us good guidance on this. I thank you."
