    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a very emotional Article. It deals with when life starts and people have various views. The fear is that this is going to open the legalization of abortion. Since the church is one of our major stakeholders, we should not do anything that will make them unhappy about this Constitution. So, we need to bring the church on board. Personally, as a man, I do not think that I am competent to discuss this issue. As men, we are not competent to discuss this issue. It does not affect us. So, we should leave it to the people who are affected."
