There is an old woman who recently got hospitalised and was detained by the hospital because of a big bill. NHIF is supposed to cover for this old woman who is over 70 years. It is a Government program that ensures that everybody over 70 years that is vulnerable gets the cover. However, they are not aware of it, even the chiefs especially in the remote areas. So, we can have the Bill but at the end of the day, it is how we are going to implement it."
