    "content": "The fund’s mission for example says: “To contribute towards universal healthcare coverage by providing affordable, accessible, sustainable and quality health insurance.” This is the challenge this Bill will be passing over to the fund, to ensure that our people; the people of Kenya, get the best support they can, in terms of being able to get the healthcare needs. You know that we will not be able to reach a level of development and get rid of poverty, diseases and illiteracy unless we are able to put into place the healthcare system that we need. I think the fund here is a major instrument for the Kenyan Government and the Kenyan people to be able to achieve UHC."
