    "content": "Sometimes I wonder if there are beneficiaries of this so-called resource- based conflict because it is also very interesting. I do not know who is conspiring with who among the pastoralists. It is because drought and all the hullaballoos that come with it always happen a year to the general election. It is high time the Government stopped giving excuses as to why there is conflict among the pastoralists. It must address the problem by taking the bull by its horns. I thank you and beg to support."
