    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to add my voice to this issue. Drought is severe in some parts of this country. In Samburu County, livestock are not there. They have migrated to far places. Even the conflicts we have in Laikipia and some parts of Isiolo are because of drought. The Government should move with speed because the situation is dire. If no steps are taken, people will die, leave alone the livestock that have already died.
