    "content": "This matter is happening in many areas. We have had so many Petitions here, similar to this that the Member for Tana River has raised. The relevant committee with the ranking Member, Hon. Chachu Ganya, who is a committed Member of that Committee, it is the highest time they get a solution for all these matters, particularly on the conflict between wildlife and human beings. It has been going on for so long. There must be a framework in place to solve this issue. For instance, when it comes to destruction of farms, this is a matter that we have been talking about every now and then.
