    "content": "Following reports of cattle rustling in Marakwet East Constituency, security agents in the area responded and made the following recoveries: (i) On 21st and 24th June 2021, police recovered 66 cows and 10 goats and handed over to the owners. (ii) On 28th June 2021, 14 cows belonging to Mzee Tabel were stolen and later recovered and returned to the owner.
