    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. The response is quite okay so that we do not bring the diplomatic issues in our own local issues. Extra-judicial killings in this country are becoming rampant and we condemn them with the greatest terms possible. Police brutality is also becoming a norm in this country and it is high time that the Inspector-General of Police realised that this country is governed by law. Again, in demonstrating, the demonstrators should also know that their rights stop where other people’s rights start. You cannot purport to be demonstrating while destroying property and blocking roads and ambulances that are taking people to hospital and you also want to be treated with dignity while you are infringing on other people’s rights. You have the rights as a demonstrator but also those road users and investors in this country have rights. My advice to the Chair is that as you try to address this issue, let us balance so that nobody’s rights are infringed on at whatever cost."
