    "content": "into this House, the Senate, or the county assemblies. They only have opportunities in leadership in the National Assembly, the Senate and the county assemblies. Persons with disabilities may not have opportunities to be governors or President of this country but because our Constitution has assisted them to get these positions, I will not be party to those who will cut the bridge that they will use to enter this House. I would be selfish to do that. I am retiring from politics in 2022 so that I create an opportunity for another person with disability to come to this position. That is what I did when I was the Chairman of the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD). I retired voluntarily at the age of 38 to create an opportunity for another person with disability to showcase his ability beyond disability. We need these people if we have to. Let us have an electoral college so that all the marginalised communities can elect their own so that loyalty does not only lie on the party but also on the people you represent. With those remarks, I totally oppose this Bill."
