    "content": "The word âabortionâ seems to make the church and the religious sector, as a whole, very uncomfortable. That is why the word âterminationâ was agreed upon with the provisions that any mother is entitled to medical support in time of need. This rules out abortion at will which is what most of the people, especially the religious sector is against. We all want this Constitution to pass, and we should know that Kenyans are waiting for this document. Regardless of our amendments in this House, I think we owe Kenyans a chance to vote on this new draft. I believe that if we do not give this window to the religious sector, they are bound to reject this Draft Constitution as they have said many times. I will ask Messrs. Wamalwa, Mwathi and Ngugi to second."
