Speaker, on this particular incident, the fellow who was in the same lorry with the deceased is the one who coordinated with the attackers and told them that they were at such and such a spot. When they got there, they put him on a motorbike and ran away with him. When the police got hold of that person, they just told him to be reporting to the police station after every one week. They have not arrested him and yet he is the one who was coordinating with the attackers."
