    "content": "On the issue of food security, there is a serious problem as we speak of provision of food. Because of drought and shortage of food, our people are suffering. In fact, the Government has discontinued supply of relief food to the local people in distress. The way to go is to construct big dams so that we can irrigate the land. A lot of rain water goes to waste. Boreholes are not the best way to go. Mega dams can be constructed, especially in Northern Kenya, and we use their water domestically and to do irrigation."
