"content": " On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. We need your guidance. As we make this Constitution to be the law of this country, if you go through the Constitution of Kenya Review Act, at every stage, including in Parliament, which is an integral part of the review process, it gives the mandate to the representatives of the people of Kenya and nominated Members of Parliament, who represent special interests. It is very clearly stated in the Act that the Attorney-General is a member of the Committee of Experts. In his earlier submission, and it is in the HANSARD, he said: âI cannot talk of the merits and demerits of amendments in this Houseâ. Having said that, it is not in order for the Attorney-General to bring an amendment."
