In our effort to get these percentages adjusted, we intended to ensure that the constituencies recover as we move on. Given time, we are going to pursue this. I want to ask Members who are asking why to appreciate the fact that it is this House that passed the Budget and approved funds to be utilised. It is our own Budget and Appropriations Committee that decided and you Members approved. Now you are asking me why when you approved it yourselves! Let us be serious in looking at our issues. You cannot question something you did yourselves. Hon. Speaker, you were here and witnessed what happened. You did not vote; they did. Let Members prepare the proposals so that we can get funds for the first quarter flowing to constituencies. We are going to pursue the arrears together as a House to make sure that we get the funds to the constituencies for development. I thank you, Hon. Speaker."
