Speaker, I arise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation the following Question: - (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the implementation status of the Tot-Kalowa Irrigation Scheme at the border of Baringo and Elgeyo Marakwet Counties, whose cost is estimated to be Kshs245 million? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary outline measures, if any, that the Ministry has put in place to ensure that the project does not stall any further, and that its completion is fast-tracked?"
