Members, sometimes there are some things that you are supposed to take judicial notice of, especially when you know that action has already been taken such as where people have already been arrested and presented before courts. You come and ask the Chairperson what steps have been taken yet you already know them. If it was in those days when Ministers would be in the Chamber, you would have been embarrassed to ask something like that because you would have been asked whether you live in the country or in outer space. Nevertheless, Hon. Mwathi, how soon do you think you can provide this? Hon. Member, you are also not supposed to ask what the law says because you are expected to know the law as a lawmaker."
