    "content": " Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 44 (2) (a), I rise to give the following Statement on behalf of the House Business Committee which met on Tuesday, 17th August 2021, to prioritise business for consideration: As Members are aware, we are proceeding on a month-long recess starting tomorrow, in accordance with our Calendar. I, therefore, wish Members a fruitful and a restful recess period. However, as I mentioned yesterday, the House is likely to be recalled for a Special Sitting to consider any ongoing urgent business, especially with regard to the consideration of nominees for appointment to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and the Teachers Service Commission (TSC)."
