    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to join my colleague in supporting the Petition. We cannot do double jeopardy in the sense that somebody has already been jailed or convicted. Then, when they go looking for a job to fend for themselves, this is indicated in the Certificate of Good Conduct. So, anybody who has been convicted for less than two or three years or fined less than Kshs100,000, this should not be indicated in the Certificate of Good Conduct as a criminal conviction. Otherwise, I support the Petition."
