    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. This is an important question. It concerns all of us. I think the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology is confused. If a Member constructs a school and does not even ask them to give anything, they only refuse to give that certificate. The CS does not even know some parts of this country. They should remove whatever they have written to stop the registration of schools because there are a lot of problems back at the constituencies that we represent. There are even no more schools. I think we need to follow up. They should withdraw whatever they have written so that they can register schools immediately."
