Deputy Speaker, I rise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs the following Question: - (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide a list all Youth Empowerment Centres that have been constructed across the country in the past four years, indicating their locations and their completion status? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary indicate the number of the centres projected for construction in the current financial year, and specify constituencies where they will be located? (iii) Could the Cabinet Secretary outline the measures that the Ministry has put in place to ensure that the said centres are constructed to the required standards, well equipped and operationalized in all the 290 constituencies?"
