    "content": "The PBO did an analysis of this Bill and came up with very good suggestions. They said that once this Bill is enacted, people will have confidence in putting their money into bank accounts. At the moment, people can only deposit up to Kshs500,000 and keep the rest of their money in their houses or somewhere else that is not profitable or safe. The PBO came up with a chart where they said if this law is enacted and deposits are in the accounts, the first year we will get an extra 20 per cent as savings in the banks and every subsequent year we will have an extra 10 per cent for people depositing more money in their bank accounts because they are sure if a bank collapses today, they will get their money back."
