    "content": "The other issue we need to tackle in this country is with regard to bank failures. It takes so long for people to be paid their deposits. Chase Bank took nearly two years. So, I have put it in this Bill the maximum amount of time at six months. I am really surprised by the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. When I presented this Bill to them, I was very optimistic because the whole Committee supported it."
