    "content": "I did not know that if you are a Prime Minister, then all your relatives cannot work in public offices. I did not know that the current Constitution forbids, for example, a daughter of a President or a son of a Prime Minister from holding public office. If that is the case, then this is a crime. I am not sure that that is the case currently. I do not think that it is fair to discriminate against other Kenyans on the basis of this. I know a case of nepotism when I see one. This is not a case of nepotism because I was not consulted or asked. The appointment is the sole prerogative of the President and, indeed, it is so. So, the question should be directed to Mr. President and not the Prime Minister."
