    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. It is quite clear that we are actually engaging ourselves in an exercise in futility. At this rate, I do not see any amendment, whether good or bad, that will go through. Under the Constitution of Kenya Review Act, even the Committee of Experts (CoE) is not even bound by our resolutions in this House. This has put off the Members. I am requesting if we can now withdraw our amendments. I have withdrawn mine, hon. Bifwoli and hon. Kajwang have withdrawn theirs, so that we can move."
