Speaker, it is my considered humble submission and opinion that we are given even a minimum of three or four days to come up with our amendments as a House and we debate them even in the special sitting he wants to call for. This is not a Bill we can take for a joke. This is such a serious Bill that is going to affect the lives of Kenyans. So, I request the House to support that let us take our time and I request Members to support me that we defer this Bill. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
