"content": "So, let us just carry everybody on board and let nobody feel that they have been short- changed or have not been given enough time to propose amendments. I think it is not a good thing to say that you will have a chance to propose amendments when the Bill comes from the Senate. You know then you will be risking going the route provided for in Articles 112 and 113, on mediation. So, remember you can only deal with any new proposals that come from the Senate.
