I wish to move:- THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Section 33(4) of the Constitution of Kenya Review Act of 2008, this House approves the Draft Constitution submitted by the Committee of Experts and laid on the table of the House on Tuesday, 2nd March, 2010, subject to the deletion of Clause 8 of Article 27."
