    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. On behalf of the people of Tharaka Constituency, allow me also to convey my very sincere condolences to the family of the late Sen. Victor Prengei. Kenya has lost one of its most astute Senators and legislators, youthful and well-meaning to the country. Therefore, it is a big loss that we are going to experience for a long time, but in view of the fact that we must accept God’s will, mine is to convey the condolences to the family, the people of Nakuru, the small community of the Ogiek and the entire Republic of Kenya. May all be condoled and may his soul rest in eternal peace. Thank you."
