    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker for giving me the opportunity to join the rest of the Members and Kenyans in mourning Senator Victor Prengei. I did not have an opportunity to know him much, but I share a lot with him. This is because as you will remember in 2014 just a year after elections and my joining this House, I equally suffered a road accident that left me in this wheel chair. It is very painful for a small community to lose the only hope they had in this august House. I, therefore, hope that for the sake of wiping the tears of that community, Jubilee will be fair enough and enable a member of the same community to complete the Member’s job."
