Speaker, you rightly pointed out when we laid the Petitions on the Table of the House that they had quite weighty issues therein therefore this gives an opportunity to Members of this House to debate the issues arising from the Petitions and specifically the one on insecurity in Saku Constituency by looking at animosity between the Borana and Gabra which are contained therein, the skewed distribution of resources including county government jobs and opportunities, cattle rustling, scramble for water and pasture, possession of illegal arms and the long porous border of Ethiopia among others. Members will also be able to see the recommendations of the Committee and comment on them."
