Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 17 and substituting therefor the following new clause— Secondment of officers 17. (1) The Public Service Commission may, with the concurrence of the from other Ministries. relevant Cabinet Secretary and the Cabinet Secretary, second staff from any other ministry to any Mission. (2) Where a person is seconded to a Mission under subsection (1), the Cabinet Secretary and the relevant Cabinet Secretary shall agree on the employment and financial conditions that shall apply for the duration of secondment."
