    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while I have no problem in giving the Assistant Minister one more day, the issue touches on the lives of very young Kenyans who were duped by none other than the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC). These students have all been awarded arbitrary marks contrary to what they have worked for, for the last 12 years. It is prudent that the Ministry brings a satisfactory answer that will save the lives of these young and innocent Kenyans."
