    "content": " Of all the amendments that we have done, Hon. Chair, I really support this one because the heads of missions and the ambassadors are our face outside there. This basically deals with training and ensuring that they can form linkages and collaborations with other countries, now that we are gearing to have foreign exchange from immigrant workers (Kenyans working abroad). We have had problems with those who are working in Saudi Arabia. I think training our ambassadors and heads of missions will be very important. So, this is a very important amendment. Thank you. I support."
