(1) Unless otherwise directed by the Cabinet Secretary— (a) all diplomatic or official correspondences sent directly to the Republic’s Missions shall be forwarded to or channelled through the Ministry headquarters; (b) all diplomatic or official correspondences originating from Embassies within the Republic to any Ministry or agency in the Republic shall be forwarded or channelled through the Ministry headquarters; and, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
