Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 50(1) of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (b)— “(ba) procedure for administering foreign service examinations, including written, oral, physical, foreign language, and other examinations for appointment to the Service; (bb) procedure for termination or recall of officers assigned to Missions; (bc) the terms and conditions applicable to a special envoy; (bd) the provision of protocol services to designated foreign and national dignitaries; (be) the provision of consular services;”"
